To slim is not to eat
less. Main thing is how to eat. Agar-agar
contains a lot of dietary fiber, it use to decrease
insulin release.(No insulin = No fat)
Keeping eat
less and suffer the hungry to control calorie is not a good way to slim.
It would be better to
control insulin release to slim and no need to suffer the hungry.
Also this
way slims the most fat part.
If you are
big eater, and still feel hungry. You can eat more chicken or beef, but not
food which contain starch.
Above recipe use low GI food which
contains high dietary fiber to control the insulin
release and supply the collagen.
When
foods are not easy to transformed into fat, our metabolism will
eliminate our original body fat.
Everyone's metabolism
efficiency is different, therefore slim efficiency is also different.
Some people may take longer time.
Because low
GI food may occur constipated(not easy to poop)
